Brief Answer:
Dry mouth and taste changes are side effects of SINEMET!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

While you have been on SINEMET for long, dry mouth and taste changes are well documented side effects. I will encourage you to sip water as often as needed to relief this. Seen the importance of being on this drug for the parkinson. stopping will not be the smartest approach as the benefits outweigh the risks!

I wish you well and feel free to follow up if you have more worries.
