Brief Answer:
Would like some more information please.

Detailed Answer:
Hi there XXXXX.
Is this rash itchy? Is it painful? Do you have any past history of any allergies? Does it get worse in the sunlight? Has it appeared on the same location earlier?
Is it only on one side? As I see it on your snap..right cheek?
Would you say there was an insect that could have bit you? Have you travelled outdoors in the recent past before its onset or do you indulge in any gardening?
Have you used anything on it? some steroid cream perhaps?
I await your replies to try to give you as clear a picture as I can to help you take this forward.
Best Regards.

Brief Answer:
Hydrocortisone 1% & Moisturiser

Detailed Answer:
Apologies for the delayed response XXXXX. It has been a hectic week @ the Clinics'.
As per your response, it appears to be either a contact dermatitis &/or a condition called Pityriasis Alba; Albeit XXXXXXX suggests a white patch, in a fair skinned individual , it could appear a dash pink/red & definitely dry.
Might I suggest application of a 1% hydrocortisone cream applied twice daily for the first 3-5 days on the area & then Switch to a moisturiser. I personally prefer a Bioderma cream called Sensibio D.S. but if unavailable, you may use a Cetaphil or Restoraderm moisturising cream on the region applied as & when required for a 1-2 week period & it should clear up.
If at the end of 2-3 weeks, the lesion remains the same, then please do visit a dermatologist nearest you for a skin biopsy but this is a highly unlikely scenario.
Both creams should be available as OTC (over the counter) products & trust this will rid you of your concerns.
Good Luck & Godspeed!
