Detailed Answer:
Hello
welcome to health care magic , I share your concern and I will try to help you out in best los way.

here, I will be requiring more information for better assessment like
Since how long you are having this problem?
Have you seen any doctor or ordered any investigation?
Are you married or having children ?
Is there any history of discharge either milk, pus or blood?
Are you having pain on touch?

Please upload photos if possible.

I would advise you to apply any good moisturisers and don't touch it.
You can take anti allergic drug like levocetirizine or fexofenadine group of drugs if itching is unbearable.

Hello Doc,
This problem is from last 4 months (Itching near areola both breasts)
Dry skin is from last 1 month after i scratched it because of unbearable itching
I have undergone health checkup (Excluding breast examinations) a month back. My vit D and B12 LEVELS WERE LESS so i am taking the supplemnts.
I am not married. There is no discharge. no pain

I am applying coconut oil from last 5 days slight relief in itching but flacking still persists and skin around upper part of areola has turned more brown (after i scratched)

please advice

Brief Answer:
Anti allergic drug with local application of moisturisers

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome again and thanks for the details.

Looking at your detailed description, it seems to be related to local allergy or atopic dermatitis.
In my opinion anti allergic drug like levocetirizine with local application of moisturiser will definitely help you.

Don't scratch it much, continue with supplements vitamin B 12 and Vitamin D.

If it doesn't improve in a day or two than I would advise you to consult nearest general surgeon for physical examination of breast to rule out any underlying lump and/ if required a mammography.

Hope I could answer your question, please feel free to ask if you have any more queries.

Best wishes
