Brief Answer:
Possible moderate concussion, and peripheral nerve(s) damage.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

You mean fracture of the back bones of head, right?

Drowsiness after head trauma is a feature of concussion, if CT scan of the head didn't show any brain damage.

In rare cases, small white matter brain damages can be missed by CT scan.

In such cases, if there is clinical suspicion about diffuse axonal injury (DAI), MRI of brain is indicated.

Inability to use and feel the right hand may be related to cervical plexus damages by trauma ()R peripheral nerves).

To evaluate better this possibility, nerve conduction study of the right hand is needed.

Treatment depends on the correct diagnosis.

These issues should be discussed with your daughter's treating Doctor.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.
