Brief Answer:
Please check your thyroid function, cortisol, electrolytes etc

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,

Welcome to HCM. I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Your blood pressure (BP) is on lower side. You need to modify your BP medications. Bringing down the dose of metoprolol to 25 mg should be a good choice as your pulse rate is also on lower side, after consulting your physician.

These symptoms are not specific to any disease. Usually in a similar case what we do is to do a clinical examination and some blood tests:

1. Check your vision and fundus examination of eye.
2. Check blood pressure. Check for any change in BP with posture
3. Check electrolytes, serum cortisol, blood sugar, cholesterol and thyroid function tests

Based on these blood tests if any thing is abnormal we will treat it. So please consult a physician and have a detailed evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help
With warm regards,
