Question: Hi i am 29 year old , i started feeling dizziness from past 15 days and unable ro balance, consulted an ENT specialist and he gave me an ear drop and few tabs and asked me to come after 3 days so that he can also remove the excess wax from my ear. After the drop, i lost my hearing capabilities to almost 99% from both the ears and i hear some wierd sounds from inside all the time. Wax has been removed but still the same. What should I do?

Hi, thanks for your query. In My opinion, you might be having inner ear disease like meneires disease. In these Conditions you will have sudden hearing loss with tinnitus and dizziness.
This needs clinically evaluation and treatment. If I were your treating doctor, I would have prescribed labyrinthine sedatives like cinnarizine 25 to 50 mg. Along with this betahistine tablet 16 to 24 mg twice daily for 2 weeks. But I will suggest you do consult with the doctor and get evaluated. Hope my answers have helped you. Thanks.
