Brief Answer:
Go for a second opinion

Detailed Answer:
Hello first of all thank you for approaching healthcare magic for your query. I read through your query. I suggest that nothing to be scared in this case. It is just a taste due to release of ammonia as you have renal colic. I suggest you to just go for another dentist and get a second opinion. It is always better to have a second opinion. If he also tells no gum abscess then it will be mostly due to renal colic. If I was in your situation I will visit one more dentist. Nothing to be worried. I would also suggest you to do brushing at night and if possible do mouthwashing before sleep. So you will be free of odour in the morning. Stay cool and calm. Happy smiling face and mind are best medicine for any disease.Hope you are convinced. If you still have queries please be free to ask me. Have a healthy day!!!
