Brief Answer:
Please take him to the nearest emergency room and do not feed him now

Detailed Answer:
Hi...Please take him to the nearest emergency room immediately.

Do not give him anything to eat or drink now.

The possibilities -

1. Very initial stage of acute appendicitis (the pain will later shift over the right side)

2. Renal colic - may be a kidney stone (all the more probable if there is a family history)

3. Acute colitis or acute bacillary dysentery (most commonly associated with food poisoning).

Please get back to me of further proceedings.
