What Causes Discoloration Around Groin Area?

Question: discoloration of labia started few months ago and now the browm discoloration is spreading to my thighs and bum and the discoloration of labia is becoming even darker . COuld you please let me know if its infection ..i am worried about color spreading and a bit more worried about health
