Brief Answer:
It can be due to disc herniation in spine

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. I think that this pain can be a lumbago or sciatica. In this condition there us nerve compression in the spine. That causes tingling and numbness with pain. Before I advised you any further I would like to know little detail about the illness.
1. Since when you are having this problem?
2. Are you also having Diabetes or Thyroid problem?
3. Are you having this pain during walking also?
Please send me answers of these questions. I will try my best to help you.
Thanks

the pain seems to be inter-related. I find that if I stand10 or fifteen minutes, my lower back muscles get pained and i find that sitting lessons the discomfort. However, when I try to sleep, the pain radiates up and down where the glutina (spelling) area is and down through my calfs,
I do not have diabetes nor thyroid problems. Pain continues when I;m walking.I first really ignored it probably for a year or two.
Thank you for any advice.

Brief Answer:
You may be having nerve compression in spine

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for replying. After studying your case I can assure you that it is spine problem. I would recommend you to get MRI of the spine to confirm the diagnosis. If it shows that nerve compression is less than fifty percent than you can take help of physiotherapy. I will also recommend you following.
1.Continue hot water fomentation.
2.Tablet Pregabalin M one at night time.
3.Volini gel local application.
4.If compression is severe and above mentioning medicines are not showing any effect than you might need a meeting with spine specialist.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
