Brief Answer:
May be a Q tip injury

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your query; it suggest that you may be induced Q tip injury during cleaning the ear wax.
But to rule out other disease go for otoscopic examination of ear, tunning fork test and pure tone audiometry.

Avoid putting water, oil, ear bud and ear drop in the ear.

Keep the ear dry.

Take a systemic nasal decongestant.

Thanks
