Brief Answer:
Good sleep hygiene

Detailed Answer:
there are multiple reasons for problems with concentration but the most likely in your age group is poor sleep hygiene. going to bed at 10 and getting up at 6 is not the same ad going to bed at 2 and getting up at 10. our sleep cycles are programmed to work with our circadian rhythms so that your hormones start making you sleepy when it gets dark out and waking you up when sun hits your eyes even if they are closed. problems with concentration, memory, focus, and recall are common sleep related problems. most sleep cycles are 4 hours long and the restorative phase is the second to last so if something is waking you up in the night this is also disrupting sleep. there is an app for smart phones which can monitor this. the remedy if it sleep related is to go to bed before 12, stay asleep. and get up at a normal time. exercise, turning off all tv/radio/computers in the bedroom can help accomplish this. hope this helps
