Brief Answer:
Needs evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

You should have conceived by now. It needs to be evaluated and tested for infertility. Please follow the investigations written below:

1) Get semen analysis of your partner which is first step. If sperms are less, pregnancy is difficult.

2) Get HSG (hysterosalpingogram) test done to check patency of fallopian tubes. This is important test for you.

3) Even though sperm deposit is happening correctly, if sperms are not good pregnancy is difficult. Semen analysis is next step forward.

Let me know if you need anymore help.
