Brief Answer:
Multiple sclerosis hot flashes symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX, thanks for asking from HCM.

I can understand your concern. The multiple sclerosis can cause variety of symptoms. You can feel "hot flashes " sensation due to it. The usual nature of hot flashes is

- Suddenly feeling extremely cold or hot when there isn't any logical reason for it. It usually starts in hands and move till torso. There is no redness over face.

You can relate your hot flash sensation with it. And in multiple sclerosis, diarrhoea does not occur.
However constipation can occur.

I think your diarrhoea was most probably due to some intestinal cause and that visceral symptom lead to the hot flashes sensation. Visceral pain can cause hot flashes sensation due to affect on autonomic system.

You should consult doctor for diarrhoea. It can be treated by

- Fluid replacement
- Light foods, rich in simple carbohydrates and low in fat like potato, sweet potato, cereals, fruits
- Take probiotic yogurt daily
- No need of antibiotics if no bleeding, no fever, diarrhoea is of less than 3 days duration.

You can also consult your neurologist for confirmation.
I hope it will answer your query. Still in doubt, do let me know.
Thanks. Take care.
