Brief Answer: It is physiological. Detailed Answer: Hi Ms. XXXXXXX Thanks for writing to us. As far as the technical aspect is concerned, it is not necessary for a woman to achieve orgasm in the sexual act; it is enough if the male partner does and this is what happens in most cases. Coming to the emotional aspect, it is necessary that both partners are satisfied. There can be several causes for your complaint. -not enough foreplay -high hormonal levels in the male causing quick ejaculation -tiredness, physically as well as mentally. A relaxed and comfortable atmosphere is always needed. Apart from these physiological causes, sometimes certain general health disturbances also can be the culprit. You may try some medication also after consulting a specialist in person. If your male partner suffers from a problem of quick ejaculation, he needs to be treated for that. Hope your query has been answered. Please feel free to contact for further clarifications. I will be happy to help. regards, Shanti.V.
