Hello once again ma'am.

Thank you so much for clearing my misunderstanding and also for the attached images. From examination, your presentation cannot be related to any sexually transmitted infections, at least not in the conventional way.

This presentation resembles some trauma or micro-trauma which could have caused the hair follicles to bleed, and appear with the current presentation. I would like to ask if you experienced bleeding around the region from any actions like shaving the region, waxing the region, hair being pulled or plucked out, or any other form of trauma to the area. Please write back to me with a detailed description of the same (if any).

I would although recommend a visit to your ob/gyn for a physical examination, as that would be the best way to reach a confirmed and accurate diagnosis, and to prescribe treatment if required.

In the meantime, you could however apply warm compresses to the region (indirectly as tolerated) to help improve circulation, take lukewarm showers 1-2 a day and also avoid shaving, waxing, etc; the region.
