Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description , the headache is related to acute rhino sinusitis. Initially nasal decongestants / pseudoephedrine with Tylenol would help. If the symptoms persists then an x ray of the skull or CT with para nasal sinuses can be advised to confirm the diagnosis. On clinical exam, if these is definite maxillary or frontal tenderness with typical features then nasal beclomethasone or mometasone with antibiotics like moxifloxacin should be intiated without going for imaging investigations.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
