This blood pressure reading seems to be okay, although mildly on the higher sir. It is still not high enough to cause the symptoms you are experiencing, which is why I recommended an ambulatory device which will monitor your blood pressure for a duration of 24 hours, to confirm/rule out blood pressure to be the cause.

Recording of blood pressure also depends on what time of the day you record it, before or after meals, during the stressful part of the day, and so on. If at all we rule out blood pressure to be the cause, we will have to consider other conditions that I have listed above.
