What Causes Constant Vomiting And Loose Motion While Suffering From Stage 4 CKD?

Question: My father(Age: 62) is suffering from Chronic kidney disease stage 4
Native kidney disease - diabetic nephropathy
type 2 diabetes
Bilateral NPDR + hypertensive retinopathy
Systemic hypertenison
Vitamin D deficiency
Benign prostatic hypertrophy
e GFR 17.73ml/min/1.73M2

We consulted CMC Vellore doctor and they prescribed below medicine. This was the 2nd time we went to CMC and they added one new medicine. After taking that my father is having continuous vomiting and loose motion.He is also feeling very weak.
The new medicine added was vigor pep 300mg- 6 tablet in one day
Is this the side effect of new medicine. If yes could you please tell what should we do.
Also what this medicine for.

C. Becosules 1 once daily.
T. Bisoprolol 5mg at bed tiame.
T. Tamsulozen 0.4mg at bed time.
To continue OHA's as advised.
T. Rosuvastatin 10mg at bed tiame.
Calcirol granules 60,000 IU in one glass of milk once a week for 1 month followed by
once a month for 6 months.
T. Sevelamer 300mg 1 three times daily.
T. Sodabicarb 300mg 1 three times daily.
T. Pantocid 40mg once daily.
T. Clinidipine 5mg once daily in the morning.
Hepatitis vaccincation.
vigor pep 300mg- 2 three times daily.y

You need to check the HbA1c, microalbuminuria, thyroid hormone profile, need to take very good care of nutrition. Hi Doctor,

Is HbA1c, microalbuminuria, thyroid hormone profile some test that needs to be done. Also as you mention that the patient should take rich diet good protein but as he is not supposed to take much intake of protein due to the chronic kidney disease. I am not much satisfied with your suggestion.

Could you please tell for what vigor pep 300mg medicine is used. Also the vomiting and loose motion he is having is due to this.If yes what is the alternative for this.

Its name is Vigropep 300mg .It contains Sodium Bicarbonate
