Brief Answer:
Most likely costochondritis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely costochondritis. This is inflammation of rib cartilage. Applying NSAID gels like diclofenac or ketoprofen with methylsalicylate and capsaicin will be helpful. If not helping then local injection of corticosteroids can be done.

But it is better to rule out cardiac problems by doing ecg also.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
