What Causes Constant Pain In Right Upper Abdomen And Around Breasts?

Question: Dictor, i feel pain in my right upper abnormen constantly, sometimes below the upper right ribs and facially around breast born and right abnormen, i feel it constantly but after taking pantoprazole and domperidone for three weeks sometimes it comes and go and sometime it go for somedays but everyday it comes and go. please Check my previous conversation with your colleagues about my medical history. Thank you.

ultra Sound scan was done and it was normanl. but no endoscopy done.

Since you get some relief with pantoprazole and domperidone acid peptic disease is likely. If the pain is persisting an upper GI endoscopy may be done to confirm the diagnosis.
Other causes like gallstones and pancreatitis ruled out(ultrasound scan is normal).
