The numbness is always on the tip of the fingers and at times i feel a pearsing feeling on the sides of my kidny. I was told i have uric acid at 460. I was eating healthy food particularly with fiber before this started

Is there any weakness, neck pain, sensory loss, symptoms in lower limb, back pain, urinary complains.
You may require neurologist examination and investigation if abnormalities in clinical examination.
Blood investigations and nerve conduction study may be required.
Uric acid levels are raised and need to be decreased by diet modification and drugs if required.
Is there any joint swelling?
If there is nothing abnormal in clinical examination and testing then it may be non specific tingling in finger tips
