Brief Answer:
rhinosinusitis- inflammation of nasal passages and sinuses

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is understandable to be concerned but the symptoms are not in keeping with a serious condition though they can be very annoying and affect quality of life.

The most likely cause would be rhinitis (inflammation of the nasal passage) and sinusitis (inflammation of the sinuses).
This is the most common cause of nasal discharge, sore throat (due to mucus in the throat, some cases not detected) and ear ache.

The use of anti histamines and decongestants would help. Decongestants can be both oral and topically to the nose.
If these on their own is not enough then you may need to add a topical steroid nasal spray but these would normally require a prescription eg nasonex, nasocort, flonase, rhinocort

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
