Brief Answer:
your ECG is within normal limit

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX XXXXXXX Greetings
i am Dr BR Hudda answering your question

I see similar cases amongst young people who visit my clinic. In the first meeting, I examine and ask my patients for any stress and anxiety which a common cause for palpitation in this age group.

i would like further information to help you better.

1. If you are under any stress or anxiety
2. if you have recorded your blood pressure in recent past
3. Are you having any Gastrointestinal distress such as bloating or indigestion,
4. are you on any medications like antihistaminic drug
5. Are you running fever or cold

as far as your ECG is concerned its within normal limit,
normal MPV is in the 7.5 to 11.5 range if you can upload your MPV report
TSH 6.2 is going in favor of thyroid deficiency if you can upload me a complete thyroid function test i will be able to help you better

You should be worried but not too much, just relax
if you feel chest pain, sweating and uneasiness, please consult a cardiologist immediately for continues ECG monitoring and blood test for cardiac markers.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
this could be a gastric problem due to stomach hyperacidity

Detailed Answer:
hello XXXXXXX XXXXXXX your welcome

your all blood reports are within normal limits except your thyroid which is a contradictory report ( TSH should not be high with normal T3 and T4)

as per your reply it could be a gastric problem please aks your doctor for a PPI group of drugs like pantoprazole with antacids like Gelusil tablets, however i would advise you to repeat your thyroid test

here i would like to know about any family history of heart disease , thyroid disorder or diabetes
and about any risk factor for a heart disease like smoking, alcoholism or obesity

i would advise you to follow these guidelines
avoid spicy fatty or fried food and carbonated drinks
have plenty of fluids and juices of fresh fruits
you can take ENO readily available over the counter
avoid alcohol and smoking if you are having it

I hope this helps you please feel free to write us for any other query or follow up questions I will gladly answer you
Best Wishes

Brief Answer:
Could be related to low BP or blood sugar

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
thanks for your reply and valuable feedback

Since your all test related to heart are within normal limit you need not to worry at all

Transient palpitation at night might be related to either low Blood pressure or low blood sugar
Which can occur at times after food

in my opinion get your blood pressure recording for at least 3 days or take fruit juice or readily available glucose food items like candy during such episode
just relax don't even think that you are sick
Be cheerful and enjoy a healthy life

Hope this helps you
thanks for using our services
