Brief Answer:
Congestive hepatomegaly

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Nut XXXXXXX liver is nothing but congestive hepatomegaly it arises due to right heart failure. Chronic heart failure adds on pressure over the veins of the liver causing this chronic congestion to liver.
When a biopsy of such a liver is taken then it appears grated hence the name nutmeg. Chronic liver congestion can lead to permanent liver failure hence one has to seek treatment from a cardiologist as soon as possible.

Two lifestyle modifications are most important in people with nutmeg liver, that is salt and fluid restriction. Salt consumption should be less than 1.2g/day and fluids less than a litre per day.

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
