Question: FOR PAST FEW WEEKS I AM FEELING A BIT OF CONGESTION OR STIFFNESS WHILE BREATHING THOUGH VERY MILDLY..ALSO WOULD LIKE TO MENTION THAT I HAD JOINED A GYM LAST MONTH ITSELF...NOT HAVING ANY OTHER PROBLEMS AS SUCH APART FROM THE ABOVE STATED ..WHAT MAY BE THE REASON ,IS THERE A CAUSE OF WORRY?

Brief Answer: No worry Detailed Answer: Hi, Dehydration needs to be addressed. It may add to the rising temp. Go slow on your gym schedule. Do not be over enthusiastic to lose weight. Try to aim toning of body and muscles. Try aerobics than weights. Drink at least one litre of extra water than what you drink.
