What Causes Concussion After An Injury On My Nose?

Question: I was hit in the bridge of my nose at work, my doctor says I have a concussion,. ct he says confirms this. My boss claims not possible to get concussion from this (like he is a doctor) am I nuts in believing my doctor? he tested my balance, and eyes etc

It is good that there is no internal brain parenchymal injury.

CT can findings only shows age related atrophy.This is shown as volume loss of brain.This is a expected finding.

There is nothing to be worried about.Present symptoms are temporary.You will recover soon.You may only need symptomatic treatment.
