Brief Answer:
Better to take proper antibiotic after throat swab Culture & Sensitivity

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,

I have gone through your query and personally suggest you that better to take proper antibiotic after throat swab culture and antibiotic sensitivity and combination of the fexofenadine and montelukast for at least seven days.

If your condition persists even after that then go for
1. X Ray Chest PA view to rule out asthma or tuberculosis.
2. X Ray PNS to rule out sinusitis and also
3. Rule out the gastro-oesophageal reflux disease.

Thanks

Wish you good health
