Question: my hands are generally cold full day. Please advise

Having cold hands is a part of your body's natural response to regulate your body temperature and shouldn't be cause for concern.

Causes of cold hands can be due to Anemia, Buerger's disease, Diabetes, Frostbite, Lupus, Raynaud's disease or Scleroderma.

If your are having cold hands with color change to blue then it should be evaluated. I would suggest you to meet your physician for a detailed examination and treatment.
