Brief Answer:
needs further evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
Hope this message finds you in good health.
I have gone through your complaints and understand your concern.

sudden feeling of cold may be caused due to a sudden onset of viral infection, a urinary tract infection or a fever of unknown origin.

i suggest you to take a few doses of paracetamol like drugs to reduce fever. If its not helping, you should get a detailed blood and urine analysis done to find out the reason for fever.
If the urine and blood culture come positive, you should consult a doctor and start a appropriate antibiotic.

Hip pain is generally due to reactionary muscle spasm and should improve as the fever subsides or else you can get an xray/mri done to rule out any hip pathology.

You should eventually get back to normal in coming few days.Nothing to worry about, as long as i am there to help you.
I hope your question has been answered.
