Brief Answer:
The clubbing is seen in long standing pulmonary disease and or tobacco use

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to HCM. I am not sure about your question, but if it is about the clubbing in your fingers, this change happens slowly and over a long period of time. Many patients will not notice this as abnormal and this the change seems very subtle. There is nothing really to do to correct this and it has no ill consequences to speak of. I hope this helps, thanks and good luck.

Long time tobacco, Cystic Fibrosis, IPF, Vasculitis, Pulmonary hypertension

Detailed Answer:
As I stated earlier, the clubbing is caused by hypoxic states that are chronic in nature. These hypoxemic states can be pulmonary, cardiac, vasculitic disorders, some GI symptoms like celiac, IBD.
