What Causes Chest Pain, Heart Palpitations, Excessive Sweating And Dizziness?

default
Posted on Sat, 9 Jul 2016
Question: chest pain, heart racing, sweating, and dizzy. have been to cardiologist and had 3 EKGs, Echo, and stress test. None of the doctors know what is going on. This is very disconcerting and it happens at weird times. At the moment, I am sitting in class, eating combos, and peeking at facebook. This is not stress related nor is it the result of anxiety. pops up out of no where.

Brief Answer:
kindly check your thyroid levels

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
All the symptoms you are mentioning and added to it no findings on ecg or echo might point towards something systemic cause that causes these symptoms.
Hyperthyroidism can cause all the symptoms that you mentioned here.
I would suggest you to get a thyroid level study done to see whether that is a cause of your problem. Doing a TSH, T3 and T4 should be done.
Kindly do the above said study and get back with me with the reports or consult your doctor with the same.
I hope I have answered your query well.
if you have any questions kindly ask me back.
Thank you
