What Causes Chest Pain And Heartburn Along With A Reduced Appetite?

I hope u will be fine doctor. I have some questions that i hope you will answer same like before.. as u know last month i was having problem of chest pain and heartburing. That aftet gaviacon very much reduced and now near about finished. But sir i have noticed one thing that my appetite is reduced then before. What could be reason for that.? I habe change my life style little bit. To reduce my stress . I have joined gym be more active .
2nd question is about throat pains which from a long time i have . But from last 3 weeks i have suddenly finished like 90% . Now i cant say i have throat pains but sometimes i have slight pains that leads to my ears but under chin and jaw pains are finished. What could be the reason of that? Is that was related to acid reflux?
My 3rd question is for the new problem which i am facing from last 4 days. That is about one pain ful pimple under my right foot. That is visible and raised slightly. If i press that it is painful. As i told u before i have started gym and sometimes i run too and i walk daily(But i have proper running shoes) is that could be a reason for this problem? Can u please tell me a solution for this?
And sir please tell me is that also related with immune system? If required tell me i will send u pictures.

1. Reduction is appetite may be in relation with digestive enzyme or life style
alterations but not related to gym .

2. Can surely relate throat discomfort with acid reflux which is much much better
with control of acid reflux , remaining part you can think of non specific .

3. Foot pimple seems to be wart type thing , not related to immune system .

* This is tiny boil over the sole .

* Recommendations to cure it faster

- Immerse the sole in lukewarm water filled in a tub with addition of 10-20 ml
of antiseptic liquid for 5 minutes each 2 times a day .
- After doing this gently clean the part with clean , cotton cloth .
- Local application of aloe vera cream , polymycin cream or turmeric paste
what ever is available in nearby chemist .
- Wear loose slippers at now , avoid tight fitting shoes or other foot ware .
- No antibiotics are required at this point .

Sir kindly tell me this boil is something dangerous?
Means it shows something serious inside or its normal?
By mistake i have teared it during check. And now from last day i dont have pain and i think its reducing or near about finished.

something dangerous .

* Do not hesitate for tearing it , as the lukewarm water immersion technique was
advised for that purpose only , that the overlying skin becomes soft and it
gets drained outside .
