Brief Answer:
hi, usually related to workouts

Detailed Answer:
Hi, the chest pain after shoulder workout usually occur if you try lifting weights more than ususl and beyond your capacity. Chest muscles in such scenes work out unwantingly and in improper position.
Pain on the sides of abdomen which is shifting also points to imbalance of weight during workout.
Take care that this pain is not related or associated to
1. High blood pressure.
2. Palpitations.
3. Giddiness
4. Sweating
5. Radiating to your neck or left arm.
In case any of the above 5 points is right, you better see a cardiologist or your GP ASAP.
