What Causes Change In Position Of Testicles After An Injury?

Question: Hi, 1 month back one of my friend hit me on my testicle it had a normal pain then there was slight pain in my right abdomen for a long period i checked with a urologist he checked my testicles and asked me to do ultra sound of abdomen and pelvis . The reports were normal. But when i see my testicles the right one is lower than left and the right one is little behind than left.. The left is facing in front and the right is facing backward...

Detailed Answer: Hello Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you sustained injury to your Rt testicle one month back and have noticed that you Rt testicle is slightly at lower level than Left and placed slightly behind compared to left one . Please note that it is natural in every individual to have one testicle (most of the time) Rt one to be at lower than Left testicle .As regards position of the testicle it is always asymmetrical on both the sides and does not have any significance as far as function of the testicle is concerned. Please do not worry about it as both the testicles are reported to be normal on ultrasound scanning . Hi, The ultra sound was done of the abdomen and pelvis..and not the testicles.. And one more thing i even have little pain in my left testicle it is not constant but it comes once in a day... It also transfers the pain to the left thighs...

Hello, Sir i am in too much tension about the fertility and the ultra sound of the scrotum in case if there is some abnormality does it need surgey or it gets cured through medical treatment without the surgery... And i had masturbated and checked the sperm was same as before.. Still i need to do the ultra sound?? Plzz help .. I cant think anything else without this...
