Brief Answer:
Candida

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I am assuming you mean the yeast infection candida. We all have candida and other forms of yeast on our skin at all times. Some of the things that can let it get out of control and cause an infection are hot weather, the skin staying moist for too long, stress and immune system compromise. Eating too much sugar can also help the yeast thrive.
The best way to avoid outbreaks is to keep the skin clean, dry and cool. Eat a diet with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and whole grains. Avoid sodas and processed sweet foods.
Please let me know if you have further questions.
