Brief Answer:
possible GERD and other problems as following

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

1. Candida is a normal habirant of gi tract including oral mucosa.

2. It will become a problem if overgrowing. This can happen when the balance of oral microbiota is altered.

There are various factors to break the balance :
- antibiotic use (before and after gallbladder removal )
- dentures or other dental procedures

Apart nystatin, I advise to take probiotics that can help restore the normal flora.

3. The pain you feel in your chest is partially related to candida.

To my opinion, you might be having gastritis or GERD issues that would be confirmed by upper endoscopy.

It is common to have stomach problems when having gallbladder issues.

With appropriate treatment according to endoscopy ffindings, the symptoms will be subsided.

What you eat also matters. I am sure that your doctor has given advice on choosing foods /drinks. Please try to follow them.

4. The other symptoms are not related to candida. To my opinion, you might be restricting eating due to gallbladder problems. This might have caused disbalance of many essential nutrients and vitamins and minerals.

You can run a complete biochemistry work together with measuring electrolytes in blood to see what's lacking and correctly replace it.

You can send a copy of your blood tests to me to evaluate them further.

All the best!
