Brief Answer:
ankylosing spondylitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
As per your investigation report, it seems that you have ankylosing spondylitis. It is a disease which should be treated by a trained rheumatologist. I advised you to see a rheumatologist and mean while you should take only naprosyn 500 mg twice daily after meal. no other medicine required. also you need to do exercise also, especially for back.

Hope this will help.

If there is any other questions, please donot hesitate..

Take care..
