What Causes Burning Sensation On Lips And Under The Nose?

Question: my lips and under my nose have been burning for over 2 months. I will have a red mustache flaming red and my lips burn all the time??? what is the cause of this? what can I put on my lips and between my nose and lip area to cure this horrible pain and constant irritation? HELP

Since how long you are having this problem?
Is the surrounding area turned red or inflamed ?
If possible upload me an image.

Sine you have applied moisturiser so I would advise you to use antiseptic or antibacterial ointment like mupirocin or soframycin.
Wash it Wath hot water and don't touch it repeatedly.

Antibotic are not going to solve the dryness and redness
