Brief Answer:
Fungal infection , take proper treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

I have seen the attached pictures .
You seem to have developed a fungal infection of the groin region which is tinea infection .
This can cause excess itching over the affected areas as well it can cause a generalised discomfort and itching.
You should apply candid cream over the affected areas twice a day for atleast two weeks. Do not apply any other cream or oil over it .

In addition, I would start oral antifungals like tablet fluconazole 150 mg once a week for three weeks.
Also take tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once a day for five days. You can discuss about these medicines with your local physician.

I hope this will help in solving your problem .

Brief Answer:
Topical antifungal cream

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

No, the tablet that you have mentioned might not help you. You need to be treated with antifungals . You can buy canestan cream which contains clotrimazole . This medicine is available almost in every country by the name of canestan cream or candid cream. You need to apply it twice a day over the affected areas .
You can take the oral medicines at a later stage whenever possible .
