Brief Answer:
Could be UTI or prostatitis. Even if the reports are not conclusive.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. Going by the description it seems to be nothing but a urinary tract infection (UTI). Let me add that if symptoms are present and test results do not indicate something conclusive, it can still be UTI. I would insist you to upload the reports for urine routine microscopy with culture sensitivity which I assume have been done. In case of such an infection you need to drink plenty of water. You might to take appropirate antibiotics since you have the typical symptoms.

Prostatitis is another possibility to consider. Treatment is similar and the same antibiotics should respond.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
