Hello Doctor

It has been persistent, however is better than last night and it has been gradually getting better. The wet/leaking feeling is better but still there, the burning is definitely getting better. I'm a little lightheaded, I guess from not sleeping well last night. I usually do not have any trouble sleeping.
The headache comes and goes, not a strong headache though
No medical history, no accidents, it just came out of nowhere.
Stressed out definitively. Anxiety, maybe I don't know. I do in occasions feel short of breath and chest pain.
