Brief Answer:
may be due to urinary tract infections or sexually transmitted infections

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

(1)can be due to urinary tract infection or sexually transmitted infection
(2)urine testing needed
(3)antibiotics for treatment

Burning pain on urination in males is usually related to an urinary tract infection or sexually transmitted infection.

To find out if an infection is present you would need to be seen by your doctor for physical examination of the abdomen as well as urinalysis and urine to the lab.
Urinalysis is in office quick look at the urine but the urine is also sent to the lab so that the exact bacteria can be identified

They can look for both sexually transmitted infections (Eg gonorrhea or chlamydia) or bacteria that cause urinary tract infections.

Antibiotics would be needed for treatment

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
