Brief Answer:
Possibility of lumbosacral radiculopathy

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Radiating pain associated with back pain may be due to lumbar canal stenosis, foraminal stenosis and disc prolapse.
The best treatment at this age will be physiotherapy with pain modulator drugs like pregabalin, gabapentin or amitryptylline. Short course of pain killer and muscle relaxant may also be used.
Amount of compression can only be found on MRI of spine.
Surgical treatment option at this age can be discussed with a neurosurgeon later on.
Avoid stooping forward, lifting heavy objects.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
