Brief Answer:
Seems like Painful bladder syndrome (PBS)

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.

It seems you have painful bladder syndrome (PBS) or chronic urethral syndrome.

Dietary changes may help.
Many patients identify particular trigger foods and drinks that exacerbate their symptoms. Common among these are chilies, chocolate, citrus fruits, tomatoes, alcohol, caffeinated drinks, and carbonated beverages.
Patients also should experiment with fluid volumes; some find relief with less fluid, others with more.

Amitriptyline 25 mg at bedtime relieves neuropathic pain. Discuss about this with your doctor.

If you are habitually constipated, take high fiber diet (green leafy vegetables) and natural laxatives like Psyllium or Ispaghula husk 2 table spoons in glass water at bed-time regularly. It will also relieve your symptoms
