Brief Answer:
Check the stitch line.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
This kind of sensation is normal.
Only important thing to be kept in mind is that she should check her stitch line daily.
If the line is Healthy, no problems. But I'm case you see any discharge over there, see your doctor immediately.
If you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.

Brief Answer:
Back pain persists.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Back pain is very common again after caesarian section. She should not sleep on floor.
She should sleep on hard mattress.
Apply local pain killer gel like Volini gel to her back.
Hot fomentation with a hot water bottle should help a lot.
If you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
