Posted on Sat, 22 Oct 2016
Question: ease I identify the 5 small bumps on my (pictures 1&2) I noticed one approximately 9 days ago, it has not changed much. I squeezed the bigger one a a clear fluid came out, second picture. some are soft some are slightly hard and are noticable by touch. they do not particularly hurt. Also an area on the ridge of the head of my penis is in pain when there is friction when rubbing on boxers (third picture) and the inside (left side) tip of my penis is sore followed by some urithra pain occasionally. I have had the same partner for 4-5 months, but have engaged in unprotected sex with her. and others before.

thank you.

Brief Answer:
I would like to rule out possibility of genital herpes

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar (Dermatologist and venereologist). I have gone through your query and I have reviewed the Images.

In the Images I can see scattered superficial sores/ erosions as well as some intact vesicles on shaft of penis.
I would keep a possibility of Genital Herpes. I suggest you to screen for Hsv by ELISA (Type 1 and Type 2 Hsv). It is a blood test.

thank you, what are your thoughts on it being a yeast infection?

Brief Answer:
Not a yeast infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Absolutely not.
Yeast usually involves the glans and undersurface of prepuce. Not the skin of shaft. Moreover, it presents as superficial red spots rather than as raised lesions. It is itchy too.
