What Causes Bumps On Foreskin?

Question: When the forskin is full pulled back they look like warty bumps, they are only on the lip area of the forskin to the point, if it was up over the head you dont see them

Genital warts indicates an sexually transmitted disease due to Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) which one can acquire after exposure from an infected partner.

If the warts / vesicles are painful then herpes needs to be looked for and treated empirically. If the vesicle is painless then syphilis needs to be ruled out.

The area needs to be examined. Please consult a venereal disease expert or a dermatologist to examine it for further management.
