Brief Answer:
Hemorrhoid or polyp.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Thank you for the query.

Can you please attach a photo of it so I can give more precise answer?

Bump in this location can be a hemorrhoid or polyp. Both can be painless. Hemorrhoid usually gives bleeding and itching.
It is characteristic for hemorrhoids to appear after pushing hard on stool, constipation or even pregnancy.

Once hemorrhoid appears it can not be completely cured with medicines. Only surgery can cure it completely.
You may try to increase fiber rich products, do not push hard on stool, have sitz baths with Oak Bark and use some suppositories for hemorrhoids.
If this wont help, please consult general surgeon or proctologist.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
