Brief Answer:
Get investigation done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your query.

All the symptoms you are having may be due to injury in soft tissues.

I advise you to get colour doppler of affected lower limb done and send me the report. If report of colour doppler is normal then there is no danger.

Avoid squatting and upstairs for about 10 days.

Apply sumag dressing and compression bandage from foot to mid thigh and elevate the limb when ever possible.

If pain is severe then you can take aceclofenac + serratiopeptidase combination three times a day by prescription of your family doctor.

I hope you have got your answer.

Thanks.

Dr.Singh.
